Lake Forest Sports Park Improvements - Phase 2 | The project included a second phase of improvements at the Lake Forest Sports Park and Recreation Center. This project provided additional lighting at the south tot lot and the batting cages to eliminate dark shadows and extend the hours of use. The project also included the construction and installation of handrails, guardrails, and steps in the terrace seating areas for an overall improved access to the multi-use fields and synthetic soccer fields. | Spring 2017 |
Portola Parkway Widening and Streetscape | This project provided traffic safety and traffic congestion relief by widening one lane southbound on Portola Parkway. Design contract awarded to Civil Works in June 2014 and construction contract awarded to Kasa Construction in June 2016. |

ADA Ramp Improvements, Phase 8 - Tamarisk Park | This project was the eighth phase of a multi-phase program that surveys and documents the condition of access ramps throughout the City for Building Code and ADA compliance. This project constructed a new access ramp, retaining walls, and handrails, entering the park on Tamarisk adjacent to the new stairs, and joining the existing lower walkway near the tot lot playground. Saddleback Ranch Traffic Enhancements | This project provided traffic calming improvements such as re-striping, corner bulb-outs, medians, and parkway landscaping on Saddleback Ranch Road in the vicinity of Portola Hills Elementary school. |

Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization (TSSP) | The project included the synchronization of traffic signals across multi-jurisdictional boundaries along 5 major arterial roadways in the City.
